Returns Policy

We do not provide refunds if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase so we ask that you choose carefully.
If goods are proven faulty, damaged in transit or are confirmed outside of agreed upon grading guidelines, we will attempt to provide a replacement free of charge under the Consumer Guarantees Act or if a replacement cannot be issued, we will issue your account a credit which can be used on future orders. 


No tolerance policy regarding Fraud

We will report credit card fraud to the relevant authorities of any attempted fraudulent order.  Credit Card fraud in particular is a crime that is being committed daily over the internet.

We are not responsible for any typographical errors. We guarantee to ship correct part number. It is your responsibility to verify specifications with the manufacture. No returns. ALL ORDERS ARE FINAL. 15% RESTOCKING FEE APPLIES FOR CANCELLATIONS. Simpl Technology Solutions reserves the right to cancel any sales order if payment confirmation is not received within 24 business hours. At the time of the receipt of cargo any damage to packaging must be reported within 24 hours to Simpl Technology Solutions. Orders may take up to 2 business days, after payment release, to pick and pack. Simpl Technology Solutions & our partners assume no responsible or liable for any damage, harm or misuse of electronic products. All products listed are enrolled in and are a part of our Simpl Technology Solutions Device Value Maximizer Partnership Program™. All devices have been processed through a certified R2 partner and are free of customer data, graded and placed through key functionality testing prior to being listed on our wholesale portal. In the event customer proprietary data has not been 100% removed, Simpl Technology Solutions,LLC assumes no responsibility or liabilty for said data.
